In accordance with § 10 of Act No. 552/2003 Coll. of the National Council of the Slovak Republic on the performance of work in the public interest, as amended, a managerial employee performing work in the public interest is obliged to declare their financial disclosure:

• Within 30 days of being appointed to a managerial position,
• By March 31 of each calendar year.

A managerial employee who performs the role of a statutory body for an employer in the public administration sector reports information about their financial status to the authority that appointed or elected them. A managerial employee reports information about their financial status to the statutory body.

The financial disclosure of a managerial employee performing work in the public interest is submitted using the following form:
